Our programs are not about paying a fee and waiting for your office to call with a problem, we are proactive with tasks to manage, check statuses and usage every period required.

The purpose of your facility management is to ensure that your computer system is running efficiently and maintained at its highest standard.

The facility management is also covering support for normal updating of existing software applications within your office.

Urgent support after hours can be logged via our paging system. Calling our office for emergencies after hours will result in a prompt call-back.
